Final Week Plan and Schedule for Tigersharks:

Monday July 17 to Friday July 21

Monday July 17. Regular practice day for all groups, prepare for last meet

Tuesday July 18 Regular practice day for all groups, prepare for last meet

***All entries for Summer Meet #5 are due by 3:30 pm on Tuesday July 18th....I will build our Tigershark relays on Wednesday morning, so any late entries may not get a slot on our relays.

We hope to see ALL of our Tigershark Swimmers entered in this last meet, if they are in town and available....Medals at this Final Meet for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, both individual events and relays, then ribbons 4th to 8th place.

Wednesday July 19. Final Summer Meet #5

Arrive by 1:40 pm (Parent age group volunteers by 1:40 at the latest)

Warm-up at 2:00 pm

Meet begins at 2:35 pm

6 & unders done before 4:00 pm

Meet ends by 4:45 pm

Thursday July 20. HS practice and Middle School practice only, regular times

Friday July 21. HS practice and Middle School practice only, regular times

Tigershark Team Party. 5:00-7:30 pm at the Bent Creek Pool

*Our Tigershark Team will supply pizza and cake at the party

**Each Family is responsible for their own drinks and water

ALL parents are encouraged to bring as much loose change as possible for our Annual "coin dive" for all of our 12 & under swimmers. The swimmers will be set up in specific/separate age groups and Coach Murphy will toss coins in the pool for the swimmers to go after. Each young swimmer should have a plastic baggie to put their coins in to keep. Last year we had as much as 30-35 pounds of coins to throw in the pool for the kids!

We will have all of the ribbons and medals available for pick-up on Friday at our Tigershark "end of season" party.

Finally, if by any chance, you have not picked up your Tigershark team t-shirt, they will be available for pickup at our Team party.

I am looking forward to our last Summer Meet of this 2023 Season and I have greatly enjoyed seeing our Tigershark swimmers race and improve this Summer.
