Happy Mother's Day to all of our Timarron Tigershark Moms, current and past!

I hope everyone is finishing their 2022-2023 school year on an upswing.  Only two weeks of school to go!

Our Timarron Tigersharks Swim Coaching Staff:

Head Coach Kevin Murphy (Dragon HS Head Swim Coach)

Assistant Coach Rachael Ausdenmoore (Dragon HS Assistant Swim Coach)

Assistant Coach Paul Wallace (Keller Timbercreek Head HS Swim Coach)

***Eight excited former and current Dragon HS Varsity Swimmers will also be Assistant Coaches, lending their enthusiasm and experience to a new set of potential future Dragon Swimmers this Summer.

Our Timarron Tigershark practices begin in two weeks on Tuesday, May 30th.

Current HS Swimmers.  7:20-8:50 am

Current MS Swimmers. 9:00-10:00 am

9-12 yr old Swimmers. 10:10-11:00 am

5-8 yr old Swimmers.   11:10 am to 12:00 noon

Important start-up notes:

1.  If you do not have short rubber full-pocket fins yet, contact D & J Sports, our Team Supplier, (800-460-7946) to line up and order your fins.  ***Fins are a very important tool for our stroke technique instruction.  EVERYONE should have short rubber, full-pocket fins to start practices.

2.  Our Tigershark Swimmers should arrive at practice, with swim suit, goggles and fins,10 minutes before their practice is scheduled to begin.

3.  Coach Murphy will be personally testing each 5 & 6 yr old that first week, to make sure they can swim safely to begin practices.  Test:  *Swimmer not afraid, and willing to leave wall and swim at least 10 feet, on their own, to Coach Murphy

2.  If you are the parent of a former Tigershark swimmer, and intend for your child to swim this Summer, but have not registered yet, please do so prior to the end of this week, so we can submit our Tigershark Team t-shirt order in time to receive our Team shirts before our 1st meet on Wednesday June 15th.

4.  If your swimmer is currently registered, please let your friends know that we have about 50 slots left, and hope that they will sign up their swimmers by the end of this week, to make sure they get their Team t-shirt order in and we can make "balanced" Group Practice Plans for this Summer.

We are excited and looking forward to a GREAT Summer with your kids at the Timarron Bent Creek pool!
