Meet #3 Review

Nice job this afternoon by our Tigershark Swimmers, Parent Volunteers and Coaches.

Our relays made to the blocks on time and we had very few missed events today.  Good job by our Parent relay volunteers and our coaches behind the starting ends.

In most cases our swimmers have continued to improve.  I hope our kids are having a good time on meet day.  I am very pleased with everyone's efforts.

I expect to have the meet results by later this evening and will have them posted at the pool tomorrow morning.  I do not know the Team Scores yet, but feel that we did a fine job as a Team today.

Hooray....the ribbons are finally here!  Mrs. Ronayne and Mrs. Dowell have been working hard getting the labels on all of our ribbons from the first three meets, so check your folders tomorrow morning before or after practice to get your ribbons!

Remember, regular swim practice tomorrow, short practice on Friday then,

FRIDAY FUN DAY!

Here is our practice schedule for 4th of July week:

Monday July 1,  regular practice day

Tuesday July 2, regular practice day

Wednesday July 3, no meet this week

Meet #4 and Meet #5 entries are now open!!!     Be sure to get your entries done as soon as possible so you do not forget over the July 4th weekend break.

***Entries for Meet #4 (Wednesday July 10th) will close on Monday, July 8th at 8:00 pm.  ***Entries for Meet #5, the City Championship Meet (Wednesday July 17th) , will close on Monday July 15th at 8:00 pm.

EVERYONE, do your best to support our last two Tigershark Summer League Meets!!!

*****If we ever got all of our Tigershark swimmers available to enter the meet on the same day, we would certainly "rule the day"!

In any event, we are having a great time and really enjoying the kids at practice.

See you at the pool,

Coach Murphy
