Meet #2 Volunteers and ALL Parents

Meet #2 Volunteer Parents,  (24 parent volunteers)

We need you to come to the Carroll Aquatic Center by 1:30 pm tomorrow to get checked in with Coach Murphy's wife, Patti, at the table in the Carroll Aquatic Center Lobby.

We will give you a name tag, a black permanent marker, the individual event list, a heat sheet, and you will have to wear a Carroll Aquatic Center wrist band that identifies you as one of our Tigershark official volunteers.

Only our Tigershark Parent Volunteers will then be allowed on the deck of the pool to perform their meet duties.

***I would strongly recommend that ALL of our Tigershark swimmers arrive to check in at the Carroll Aquatic Center Lobby by 1:40 pm at the latest, to get marked on the shoulders and get ready for warm-up at 2:00 pm.

ALL other parents:     The Carroll Aquatic Center Administration will not allow you on the deck of the pool unless you are one of our Tigershark official volunteers.

Parents must sit in the upstairs bleachers for the meet competition.

***You must turn your swimmers over to our Tigershark coaches at the pool deck doors and they will be sent to their respective check-in areas for shoulder marking and then warm-up.

1.  ALL 6 & unders will go to the southeast corner of the pool to check in with the 6 & under parent volunteers, and the coaches, get their shoulders marked, and get ready for warm-up.

2.  ALL 7 to 10 yr olds will go to the west side of the pool, under the main bleachers, to check in with their parent volunteers and the coaches, get their shoulders marked, and get ready for warm-up.

3.  ALL 11 to 17 year olds will go to the west side of the pool, under the main bleachers, to get a heat sheet from Coach Murphy and get ready for warm-up.

We are looking forward to the meet tomorrow and excited to see our Tigershark Swimmers race.
