Tigershark Registrations and equipment

Tigersharks Swimmers and Parents,

It was great to see some of our returning swimmers and their parents at the Bent Creek Clubhouse this past Saturday morning....a nice turnout on a stormy morning.  Also great to meet our new swimmers and their parents coming for their first Tigershark swim season.

A couple of items to mention:

1.  If you are a former Tigershark and intend to register for our 2019 Summer season, please do so soon.  We need to make sure our coach/swimmer ratio for this season is proper for both quality instruction/coaching and for safety.  Our number of swimmers determines our number of coaches we hire for this 2019 Summer swim season.

2.  EVERYONE needs fins for our practices.  Fins are a very valuable tool for proper technique and for speed, so we want everyone to have their own fins for practices.  Once you have your fins, then put your name on them with a permanent marker.  Then you will eliminate/limit the chance of losing them at practice.

It was great to see everyone on Saturday.  D & J Sports, our Team equipment supplier will be back to the Bent Creek Clubhouse on Friday April 26th from 4:00-6:00 pm.  If you can't be there, then they have a Kiosk/shop at the Keller Natatorium, located at Rufe Snow and 1709.  You could go there to get fins, caps, goggle and our Team suit most school day afternoons.

***Coach Murphy will be there that April 26th Friday afternoon to answer any Tigershark questions.  Timarron Summer swim lesson registrations will also be available that Friday afternoon with Coach Murphy.

***Coach Murphy's wife, Patti, along with Mrs. Blair, will have our Team t-shirts available to pass out to our swimmers that first week of practices that begin Monday May 20th.

We are excited to see everyone and looking forward to the start-up of our 2019 Timarron Tigershark's Summer swim season.

See you at the pool,

Coach Murphy
