Parents and Swimmers,

We are excited to have 160 swimmers entered in tomorrow's Summer-League Meet #4.

We hope to see everyone that entered show up to race at the meet tomorrow.  ***We might sneak up on the Sea Dragons if everyone that entered shows up and races for our Tigersharks.

ALL 12 & unders should arrive by 1:30 pm to get their shoulders marked for their events and relays.  If you are not assigned to a relay, be sure to arrive on time as we may need substitutes if we have any "no-shows".  Coach Murphy will be there with heat sheets and individual event lists for our Parent Volunteers at 1:30 pm.

ALL 10 & unders will warm-up with Coach Murphy at 2:00 pm.  Your shoulder should be marked BEFORE warm-up time at 2:00 pm.

ALL 13 & overs should arrive by 1:40 pm.  11 to 13's will warm-up at 2:00 pm and 14 & overs will warm-up at 2:20 pm.

ALL Swimmers, remember two important things for tomorrow:

1.  Coach Murphy's "No Tears Rule!"  Swimming is supposed to be FUN!!!!

2.  "Swim Hard, Have Fun, Be Smil'in When You're Done!"
