Parents and swimmers,

Meet Day #1 is tomorrow, Wednesday June 13th.

Our Tigershark Team has 124 swimmers entered.

Here are the instructions for tomorrow's meet:

1. Arrive by 1:30 pm at the Carroll Aquatic Center, 1501 W. Southlake Blvd

2.  Coach Murphy will have heat sheets for the Parent Age Group Volunteers.  The Parent Volunteers for 6&unders, 7&8's and 9&10's will use those heat sheets to find events-heats-lanes to mark on their "charges" arms/shoulders, to help line the kids up for their events.  Also, the Age Group volunteers will make sure that all the relay swimmers are present. 

Report "missing" relay swimmers to Coach Dru Murphy by the back office.  Between 1:30 and 2:00 pm, our coaches will help mark the kids for their events.

3.  Warm-up begins at 2:00 pm for all of our swimmers.  It is important that ALL of our swimmers, from 5 yrs old to 10 yrs old, arrive by 1:30 pm, to be "marked" with their events-heats-lanes BEFORE warm-up begins!

4.  The Meet begins at 2:45 pm.  6 & unders should be finished by 4:30 pm and the other age groups by 5:45 pm.

5.  Relays are the first event, with 6&unders at the very start.

6.  11 & overs should arrive by 1:45 pm at the latest and be ready to warm-up by 2:00 pm on the dot!

7.  In the event of any entry mistakes, see Coach Dru Murphy by the back office for help.
