Tigershark Volunteers

Parents,

Our Tigershark Coaching Staff is working hard teaching and preparing our Tigershark swimmers for the Summer League Meets and improving their swimming technique and endurance.

I have attached our Parent-Volunteer job descriptions for the meets and for the smooth operation of our Tigershark Team.  Some of the jobs are only Meet-Day jobs.  Three of the jobs are more extensive and complicated, and require some REAL help.  In any event, we need the help of our parents to operate our Tigershark Program and best serve our swimmers with the best coaching possible.

We NEED the following for us to have a successful Summer:  The job descriptions are attached.....

1.  Two or Three parents to share the RIBBONS and MEDALS job.   If we can't fill this position, then we will not have the ability to get the meet ribbons and other awards to our swimmers and parents.  Our coaches can't do this job.  This job has been filled by our parent volunteers for the last 12 years.  We NEED your help!!

2.  Two or three parents to share the job of Social Organizer for snacks for our Friday Fun Days and to organize our "end of the season" party.

VERY, VERY important job....Volunteer Coordinator or Coordinators, to monitor the supply of Meet Day parent volunteers to help organize our 10 & under swimmers before and during the meet, so our coaches can be more free to "coach" on Meet Day.  Lots of positions to fill for every meet.

Again, PARENTS,Thanks for looking over these important "volunteer" jobs and please help in any way you are able, so we can have a GREAT Summer for our Tigershark swimmers.
