Parents,

I am sorry for any trouble you are experiencing with the Meet #1 entry process on our website.

We are waiting on the Meet #1 events file from the Carroll Aquatic Center Staff, in order to be able to download that file to facilitate the entry process and event selection through our Timarrontigersharks.com website.

The Carroll Aquatic Center Staff is supposed to send us that file tomorrow morning.  Dru and I will then download that file as we return home from the Bent Creek Pool at the end of our Thursday workday at 4:00 pm.  Once the meet file is downloaded, you should be able to pick individual events for your swimmer.

So, please make plans to follow the entry instructions we will send out to you late tomorrow afternoon.  Look for an email from me with that specific entry information by late Thursday afternoon.

We hope to have most of the entries turned in by Saturday evening, and will then build relays on Sunday.  Last-minute individual entries can be done online on our website by Monday afternoon (5:00 pm deadline) at the very-very latest, but we can't promise relay spots unless you turn in your entries by Saturday evening.  After Monday at 5:00 pm, you will have to wait for the next meet to compete.
